The very first thing you have to do in Excel is to have a handle on how long you'll need to devote to this project and if it is a job you'll have the ability to complete in a long way. You'll need to devote about five minutes to draw the diagrams. Before beginning, you should get a few items to the workbook so that you can see where you want them to go. This may also help you choose what you need to have in your diagram.
Drag your cursor throughout the workbook to put a shape at the upper left corner and fill it in with the color you want. Repeat this for each of the additional circles on the diagram. It is important to be consistent in using the same color.
With your mouse, hover on the ring to decide on the overall shape that you would like to use. Use the Brush tool to fill in the hole so that the circle matches in the entire area between the 2 lines you drew at the middle of the workbook. The result will look something like this:
Once you've got all the contours in place, you can now go ahead and enter in the very first thing on the list. If you do not know how to enter a Venn diagram in Excel, just start at the top and drag the mouse to where you would like the object to go. You can even click on the spot and drag.
